Who we are. This site is operated by by_WoozKa (“we”, “I”). Site address: https://bywoozka.com. Contact: info@bywoozka.com.

What data we collect.

  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics (via Site Kit) to understand aggregate site usage — pages visited, approximate location, device type. IP addresses are processed by Google; we do not personally identify visitors through analytics.
  • Newsletter. If you subscribe, we collect your email address (and optionally your name) through our email provider Beehiiv. It’s used only to send the newsletter and is never sold. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • Comments. If you comment, we collect the name, email, and content you submit, plus your IP address for spam detection.
  • Contact form. Messages you send via the contact form are used to reply to you and are not added to any marketing list.

Cookies. This site uses cookies for basic functionality, analytics, and — where applicable — affiliate-link attribution. You can block cookies in your browser settings; core content works without them.

Affiliate links. Some outbound links are affiliate links. Clicking them may set a cookie from the partner so a signup can be attributed. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Third-party services. Data may be processed by: Google (analytics and advertising, fonts if applicable), Beehiiv (newsletter), and our hosting provider (Bluehost). Each operates under its own privacy policy.

Where your data is processed. This site is hosted in the United States, and the services above may process data in the United States and other countries. Where EU/UK data protection law applies, such transfers rely on the safeguards each provider offers, such as standard contractual clauses.

Data retention. Comments and their metadata are retained for as long as the article remains published, so follow-up discussion stays readable. You can ask us to delete your comment and its metadata at any time by emailing info@bywoozka.com. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data follows Google Analytics’ retention settings.

Your rights. You may request an export or deletion of the personal data we hold about you by contacting info@bywoozka.com. EU/UK visitors have rights under GDPR, including access, rectification, and erasure. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, to delete, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — personalized advertising counts as “sharing.” To exercise any of these rights, including opting out of personalized advertising, email info@bywoozka.com or use the opt-out links in the Advertising section below.

Embedded content. Articles may embed content (e.g., YouTube videos, TradingView charts). Embedded content behaves as if you visited the source website, which may collect data about you.

Advertising. We use third-party advertising companies, including Google, to serve ads when you visit this site. These companies may use cookies and web beacons (including Google’s advertising cookies, such as the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
